SMMMS has a footprint nationally and in Africa. Our work is coordinated by our Head Offi ce in Centurion (Gauteng Province); our provincial offices are in Nelspruit (Mpumalanga Province); Polokwane (Limpopo), Bloemfontein (Free State), Richards Bay (KwaZulu Natal), Port Elizabeth (Eastern Cape Province) and our West African Offi ce in Freetown (Sierra Leone).

ISO 9001 Certificate for Quality Management

SMMMS has successfully acquired ISO 9001 Certificate for Quality Management. ISO 9001 provides a framework and set of principles that ensure a common-sense approach to the management of our organisation including consistently satisfying clients and other stakeholders. It also provides the basis for effective and efficient processes and people to deliver effective and efficient products or services at all times.


SMMMS has a structured business model comprising a Board of Directors reporting to the shareholders. The Board of Directors is compiled with a
strong focus on corporate governance principles as per the King IV report and contains a strong independent representation.

SMMMS’s Board of Directors are experts in their field and their expertise, knowledge and foresight ensure SMMMS’s continued growth.

The Chief Executive drives the core business operations of the firm together with Divisional Managers; Technical and Administrative Personnel, who are specialists in their fields.
