Francis Chinyowa, Pr. Eng
Mr. Francis Chinyowa is a professionally registered civil engineer with over 32 years of experience in the assessment, design, and construction supervision and monitoring of water supply and sanitation schemes and small dams, as well as the development of water and sanitation master plans and water reconciliation strategies. He has worked in Zimbabwe and South Africa.
His experience includes conducting feasibility studies, design and implementation of water and sanitation related projects, including bulk water mains, township water and sewer reticulation networks as well as small earthfill, mass concrete and rubble masonry dams. He is also experienced in project cost estimation, tender document preparation and tender evaluation, supervision of construction teams, construction monitoring and contract administration.
Robert Ostrowski, Pr. Eng
Mr. Robert Ostrowski is a registered professional engineer (Pr. Eng) with Engineering Council of South Africa. During the course of his professional career He has acquired a wide-ranging experience in many aspects of engineering, including design and planning of civil infrastructure, mainly relating to water, wastewater and storm-water. Through the collaboration with various organisations and specialists He was also exposed to wide-ranging aspects in other fi elds of engineering including structural, mining, transport and environmental engineering.
Lungisani Miya, Pr. Tech Eng
Mr. Lungisani Miya is a tenacious leader who is Senior Mechanical Engineering Professional with Mechanical Engineers Certifi cate of Competency (GCC-Factories), registered with ECSA as Engineering Technologist, further holding MSc & BSc (Hons) degrees in Technology Management, B. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, completed Senior Management Development Program.
Lungisani has over 18 years of diverse experience both in private and public sectors in various industries which includes manufacturing, power generation & renewable energy, petrochemical, oil & gas and water & sanitation . His thorough understanding of many aspects of mechanical engineering plant systems, including managing design, installation, asset management and operation of infrastructure, staff supervision, and site management has proven his ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple projects and support C-level executives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Possessing excellent organizational and management skills, strongly developed communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to use discretion and maintain
confidentiality on sensitive and proprietary information.
Frans Makgalemele Mapulane, Pr. Eng
Mr. Makgalemele Frans Mapulane, is a registered professional engineer with BSc Eng (Elect) and Diploma in Project Management. He has over 22 years’ experience in power generation, heavy engineering industry, water supply industries and service industries. He worked for Eskom, ACSA – OR Tambo International Airport, Rand Water, Barloword, Cummins South Africa, Ukubona 2000 Electrical, etc.
He has experience in electrical designs, installations, commissioning and maintenance, project/contract management.
Heiner Muller, Pr. Eng
Mr. Heiner Muller is a registered professional engineer with 12 years’ experience in geometric design and modelling, fibre route planning and design, contract management, compilation of drawings, contract documentation, bills of quantities, CAPEX and OPEX schedules, visual investigations and data analysis. Heiner has an in-depth knowledge of Civil 3D which is utilised in order to complete complex modelling scenarios.
Bongani Mboyana, Pr. Eng
Mr. Bongani Mboyana is a Civil/Structural Engineer with 13 years of experience. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering obtained in 2009 from the University of the Witwatersrand. He is registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa as a Professional Engineer.
Bongani has extensive experience in the design, project management, project administration and supervision of roads, structural and civil construction projects. He has specifi c experience in designing of storm-water drainage, hydrology, highway hydraulics, roads, water reticulation, sewer reticulation, earthworks, and concrete structural designs and also has good experience in process plants audits.
Mandla Mkhathali
Mr. Mandla Mkhathali is a civil engineer with more than 17 years in the fi eld of civil engineering and 5 years in management position. He holds NHD in Civil Engineering and NQF Level 7 in labour intensive construction methods. He has had illustrious career in the water sector and mainly in water services fi eld. His expertise range from Planning; Feasibility Studies; Surveying; Design of Bulk Water & Sanitation Infrastructures; Storm-water & Roads; Measurements & Costing; Case Studies; Preparation of Contract Documentation; Site Supervision; Contract Administration; Project and Programme Management. He is also versatile with many civil engineering design software’s.
Themba Chris Tshabalala
Mr. Themba Chris Tshabalala is a Civil Engineer with over 13 years of experience. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering obtained in 2009 from the University of the Witwatersrand. He is registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa as a Candidate Engineer. Themba worked in both private and public sectors undertaking various responsibilities in design, project management and management.
Themba has extensive experience in the design and design (project) management, contract administration and inspection of roads and storm-water as well as water bulk and reticulation construction projects. He has specific experience in designing and managing designs of storm-water drainage, roads pavement and geometric, water bulk and reticulation, sewer bulk and reticulation and also has good experience in dam engineering having undertaken various dam safety evaluations.
Barend Coetzee
Mr Barend Coetzee is a Civil & Water Engineer with over 11 years of experience. He has a B.Tech Degree in Civil/Water Engineering & National Diploma in Civil Engineering obtained from Tshwane University of Technology. He is also registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa as a Candidate Engineer.
Barend has obtained valuable and extensive experience from inception phases to construction phases and includes design, drafting, report writing, cost estimates. It covers Bulk Water, storm-water, sewer, potable water, fire water, canals, silt traps, attenuation ponds, tailings dams, reservoirs, pump stations, irrigation systems, small processes for wastewater treatment works, road designs, parking areas and platforms.
Loyiso Shelle
Mr. Loyiso Shelle is a Civil Engineering Technologist and 18 years combine working experience in construction, municipality and power generation fi elds. It involved working with municipal assets verifying and conditional assessment, construction of infrastructure and coordination / managing projects from inception to completion stages, monitoring works and supervising staff and works. Hold a National Diploma in Civil Engineering obtained in 2003 from NMMU and a BTech obtained in 2020 from the University of Johannesburg.
The experience was gained in township services design, surveying, construction supervision and project management providing engineering technical support to district and local municipalities while deployed to assist preparing business plans and technical reports on MIG. Aligning projects with municipal IDPs and conditional assessment of immovable sanitation and water infrastructure.
Lastly was involved in specialist services for various civil engineering entities including Eskom” and Transnet National Ports Authority.
Mukhethwa Matshaya
Mr. Mukhethwa Matshaya is a Structural Technologist and project manager with at least 5 years of proven success. He graduated Cum Laude in Civil Engineering from The Durban University of Technology. He is a Candidate Engineering Technologist with the Engineering Council of South Africa.
Mukhethwa is currently appointed as Resident Engineer improving the lives of those living in Emfuleni and the surrounding areas.
Thobile Khanyile
Ms. Thobeka Khanyile is a registered Candidate Engineering Technician. She has over +5 years’ experience in construction monitoring and project management. Her expertise includes Site supervision, compiling tender documentation, bill of quantities and project management. Her experience is within contract administration and inspection of roads & stormwater as well as water & sewer reticulation construction projects.
Elmarie Coetzee
Ms Elmarie Coetzee has more than 15 years’ experience in the draughting of designs of projects from inception to construction. She has a great understanding of civil engineering projects, drafting standards, plot styles and document control. Elmarie’s experience includes a variety of disciplines, including mining infrastructure, township planning and related services, roads geometric layouts and details, storm-water and sewer reticulation and details, as well as airports master planning, movement simulations, runways, aprons, and paint markings. She also has experience with piping and instrumentation diagrams, process fl ow diagrams and electrical and lighting layouts for runways and taxiways.
Fulufhedzani Netshifhefhe
Ms. Fulufhedzani Netshifhefhe is a Civil Engineering Technologist with over 5 years of experience. She has a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering specialising in Urban Engineering obtained in 2020 from the Nelson Mandela University. She is an Associate member of SAICE and in the process of registering as a candidate with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA). Fulufhedzani has only worked in private sectors undertaking various responsibilities in SMMEs and site supervision, compilation of BOQ and satisfying codes, standards, project, and quality requirements. She has experience in contract administration, supervision and inspection of road and storm-water as well as sewer/ wastewater gravity reticulation system and outfall sewers construction projects.
Banzi Mvukuzo
Mr. Banzi Mvukuzo is a design and draughting technician with more than 12 years’ experience in the design and draughting of projects from inception to construction.
Mr. Mvukuzo has extensive experience in the design, draughting and construction supervision of water bulk and reticulation, sewer, roads and storm-water projects. His expertise includes design and draughting, bill of quantities and construction site supervision. He is also versatile with many civil engineering design software’s.
Miroslaw Paszczyk
Mr. Miro Paszczyk is a registered professional engineer (Pr. Eng) with Engineering Council of South Africa (currently in the process of re-registration due to working overseas).
During the course of his professional career, he has acquired a wide-ranging experience in many aspects of engineering, including hydrology, design and planning of civil infrastructure, mainly relating to water. Through his international experience he was also exposed to wide-ranging aspects in other fields of engineering including structural, industrial and environmental engineering
